Notes
Prices are for a single city, county, or regional agency. For regional agencies, options are available for recording educational activities, service statistics , and other data for each member agency. Hauler reporting includes set-up for each hauler and assignment of login credentials to access the online report forms.
1 Documents uploaded can include copies of policies and procedures, agreements, ordinances, procurement invoices, complaint documentation, and educational materials. Acceptable file fomats include doc, docx, xls, xlsx, PDF, jpeg, and png.
2 If your haulers currently submit their reports as PDF or Excel files, these can be uploaded to your document catalog so that they become part of your implementation record. Hauler reports submitted electronically through our FacilityStats platform are automatically incorporated into your implementation record.
3 Your can manually enter the names of the facilities used by your haulers, including the RDRS# and organics processing type. If you select online hauler reporting, this information is automatically incorporated from the hauler reports.
4 Prices are based on use of our standard Excel template for importing generator lists. Data fields include generator name, address, and contact information, type (multifamly or commercial), multifamily class or number of dwelling units (1 - 4, or more than 4 dwelling units), collection route or zone, weekly trash, recycling, organics, and total yards of service, and service type (1-container, 2-container, 3-container). Generator lists can be undated quarterly. Data conversion charges may apply for generator lists submitted in non-standard format.
5 As part of the setup process, any existing data (lists of food recovery partners, procurements, or educational materials already distributed) can be added to your implementation record by importing Excel or csv files in a standard format. Data conversion charges may apply to files in non-standard format.
